- 1 Day packages - $3.75 up to 24 hours - Backend Systems Use (Tech and Billing Support - M to F - 9am to 5pm)
- 3 Day packages - $6.75 up to 3 days - Backend Systems Use (Tech and Billing Support - M to F - 9am to 5pm)
- 7 Day packages - $9.75 up to 7 days - Backend Systems Use (Tech and Billing Support - M to F - 9am to 5pm)
- 14 Day packages - $13.95 up to 14 days - Backend Systems Use (Tech and Billing Support - M to F - 9am to 5pm)
- 30 Day packages - $16.95 up to 30 days - Backend Systems Use (Tech and Billing Support - M to F - 9am to 5pm)
- Packages over 30 days will be billed in increments of 30 days. i.e. 90 Days = 3 x $16.95 ($50.85)
Credit Card Transaction Fee: 4.5% of Hotspot package retail price.
In addition to our standard technical support Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm, we offer a mobile support service from 5pm to 9pm Monday - Friday, and 9am - 9pm Saturday and Sunday.

We will discuss your particular environment prior to completing a sale. If you are located on the Gold Coast, an on-site inspection may be carried out to directly assess the costs of the installation.
