- How can I view how much time and downloads/uploads I have left?
When you first login a pop-up window should load containing all the usage information for your account, including how much time is left and how many upload and download megabytes you have remaining. If this window does not appear when you sign-in, it is most likely that pop-up blocker software on your computer is stopping this from appearing. If the software allows you to configure exceptions, add a pop-up exception for "wireless.colubris.com". Alternatively, when you are presented with the sign-in portal page, enter your username and password details and click "Manage/View Account". From this page you will be able to view your remaining time.
- It seems like I'm going through my megabytes really quickly?
If you are finding that your download or upload megabytes are disappearing very quickly and you are not actively downloading or uploading large files, we would recommend running a virus-scan on your computer. Some viruses will utilise your wireless connection to consistently download and upload large amounts of data. Also check that any P2P (Peer To Peer) software is not constantly uploading your files to other users.
